A first-class experience. You go into something you've never had to think about before and you are very vulnerable. Rich Jr., Donna and the entire team at Lechner offer a no-pressure, custom experience that made the process of paying respects to my dad as smooth as it could be. There was no pressure or upselling on anything related to cremation. The ceremony was perfectly coordinated with St. Mary of the Lakes in Medford. And they had every detail down, remembering so many small details about our family that we told them. Same with death certificate coordination and retrieval, which was essential as we deal with my dad's estate.
