I was sick and I knew I needed to sale my home. I sent requests to meet with many real estate agents to see the home before the sale. There was a tornado watch in effect with heavy rain. Everyone canceled on me. Which was to be expected… Katie did not. There was a knock on my door and there stood Katie with an umbrella, and heavy rain all around her ready to get to business.
