I started using Breakthru in Medford for Physical Therapy and have continued to use them for Personal Training. Trainers are always aware of trouble areas and make sure that they prescribe exercises so that those areas are not taxed too much! My trainer Steve pushes me just the right amount--without that I tend to become complacent on my own. I highly recommend Breakthru Medford to anyone.
Breakthru has been amazing! Every staff member have been so friendly and so amazing to work with! Has been a great experience and highly recommend! The facility is always so clean and equipment is endless for all types of needs!
Zack is amazing. He is so kind and encouraging. The whole place vibrates with positivity. If given the choice, I am not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!
