Cre Barnes was absolutely amazing, I recently had a tummy tuck and 360 Lipo on August 4 in Miami and traveled back home to New Jersey the following week. My doctor recommended I started lymphatic drainage massages my second week post op. However, I was very nervous because I’m still fresh from surgery and still recovering. Safety is my first priority as my doctor is all the way in Miami. A gentle touch was very important to me because of my sensitivity and anxiety. Cre Barnes was all that and more she was very gentle, thorough, soothing and conscious, she made me feel very comfortable and helped relieve a lot of the pain I was feelings.

My wife and I got the deep tissue / myofascial services and if you’re looking for your brain to be reset, and release painful blockages (especially emotional ones) in your body - Cree and Kelly are your experts. They guide you to breathe thru it all, your body is stretched and pulled to get every nook & cranny. Also the ambiance of the space is so comfortable. Space, music, table, scent… I’m thrilled to tell everyone about their talents
