Needed next day service. Picked up the clothes. When I removed the plastic The clothes were wrinkled, dirty and had the same odor as when they were brought in the day before. The only difference is they were on hangers. I brought everything back And showed The owner and he said they were ironed. I showed him the wrinkles and stains and the same odors. He just kept telling me they were brought in wrinkled yesterday (???). He would not admit that they were not cleaned or pressed. I never went to the cleaners that just put your stuff on hangers without cleaning or pressing it and charges you too! I told him I would dispute the charge and he didnt even respond knowing well...read full review
