I've known Craig and Joe Lockerd for 10+ years now and they're the best. I also know many of their staff members and trainers and they are second-to-none. Anytime I was hiring for my family's Car Dealership, we used their services and were never disappointed. I highly recommend them.

I have been sending clients to Automax for years. For what it is worth, what they do is hard, and that is why you'd hire them in the first place. They have somehow found a way to make it a bit easier and more palatable to hire from sales, techs, to execs. What I appreciate the most about everyone there is when they are willing to step up and fix a small issue if one arises and that is what prompts this review. I find it a bit rare these days and applaud them for it.

If you think about all the amount of time and effort it takes into finding QUALITY employees, it's a ton of work. And it's especially hard these days to find those quality candidates because a lot of the workforce prefer remote positions or don't want to work.Joe Lockerd and his team have the whole recruiting and training process down to a science. At the end of the day, if you don't build the right team, they end up costing your business a lot more. Whether that be in rehiring costs or negative impact on the coworkers and customers.
