I did a 60 minute deep tissue massage to help with joint stiffness and back pain and this massage was everything I needed! Got all my knots out and relaxed my muscles. The pressure points in my feet were massaged so perfectly my knee cracked from pressure release. I will be back for sure!
Very calming, relaxing place with extremely friendly staff. I got the combo with 30 minute chair massage and 30 minute foot massage. I felt so good afterwards. The pressure was firm without being too hard. I was offered a drink before and after which was a nice touch. Make a reservation just in case.
I’ve always had a solid, good experience at Fit and Feet. It’s calm and Relaxing. I’m reading a lot of poor reviews and it seems that these people are trying to stiff the staff. A massage is a labor intensive job. The cost is very economical here and that money goes to overhead. These workers live off of tips. I would pay $200/hr for similar service in NYC. Support local business.
