Steve was professional, friendly, and fair. He came out within a couple of days, fixed our washer issue, and gave us a great recommendation for someone to clean out the dryer vent. I would definitely recommend his services!

The serviceman was here early the day after we called, and he explained what the problem was and what he did to correct the problem. Cost was explained before he started and was reasonable. Would call him again.

My running refrigerator wasn't staying cold enough, so I called Pursel's. After speaking with a very nice woman, I was on the schedule for the next day. I called back in the morning to find out my service window, and Steve called me when he was on his way, which was right on time. Within minutes of entering my kitchen, he had a good idea of what was wrong and got to work. One of the fans had malfunctioned, and he had a replacement on the truck. Within 45 minutes he had diagnosed and solved the problem, and even left my freezer much cleaner than it was when he arrived.
