I was a little late for my appointment. Rebecca was assigned to my hair. She asked the necessary questions- understood what I wanted and delivered the cut, the color, and the gift of her creative experience. Everyone was polite, kind and accommodating . Customer service is what I received. Communication was enhanced through years of experience. This was my first time there and the work was 5 stars, and no stress on me.
