The most mediocre dip manicure and gel pedicure. I requested one color from their book to find a completely different color on my toes, I initially went with it to then realize it does not match my nails at all. Everything is uneven, spotty/smudged.

Casey is a wonderful addition to the staff, she has been doing my nails for almost 10 years and she can literally everything! Hannie is alsoan excellent nail tech and I highly recommend her as well.

I've been here before and my nails always looked great but today was different. I asked for short rounded almond nails and when she finished and told me it was $65 I had to speak up. They were lumpy, all different lengths and widths and looked terrible. My tech was nice and tried to fix them and took some money off and gave me a coupon to come back but unfortunately I won't be back. Even though they were "fixed" they still look so bad. I'm actually embarrassed with how bad they look and that I'll have to deal with them for the next two weeks. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one was because she took money off and gave me a $10 off coupon to return (which I won't be doing). Super disappointed.

The first time I went I got my nails done and Quin was very good.
The second time I went there, I asked them to paint the nail fully (covering the whole nail on the sides, and then Quin got an attitude and rushed and had bubbles in the final clear coat for my gel manicure. She then said that she didn't have time for me, and got up and left me to go to a new customer. And made her co-worker go over the color and clear coat again.
Then, after I got home the next day, my nails had a dull matte marks on every nail... Not good.
Won't be going back if that's how they treat customers that have any requests/slight critiques at all.

Can I give no stars?! Horrendous experience. Went in for a dip, my nails are completely ruined. Filed too low that they actually hurt my nail beds and now the product is chipping off in pieces along with my nails. This is day 2. Now I must go somewhere else to have everything removed. STAY AWAY
