I've been seeing Dr. Deguzman for over 15 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! When I walk in I'm greeted by one of the staff like I'm family! Dr. Deguzman is extremely knowledgeable, great bedside manner, and just all around amazing! The staff- from scheduling appointments to taking your blood - has always treated me kindly and with respect. As a frequent flyer - Thank you ?

Never and problems scheduling an appointment, I can usually get in next day. No long waits to be seen once in the office. My only complaint is their phone etiquette. Physician wise, Dr. De Guzman is one of the best out there. He's attentive and has always taken all of my many many health concerns seriously. Even though I'm a total pain as a patient, he continues to work diligently until we've found a treatment plan for me that works. Thanks to him I'm living a totally new and healthier life!

Dr. DeGuzman is great! Were it not for him, I would not continue going to this office. The front desk and phone staff has been unprofessional and rude to me on numerous occasions (not being greeted or acknowledged when entering the office, given attitude by Linda when I called to confirm whether my x-ray reports were received, being told on a Thursday that I would need to wait for my doctor to return on Monday to read the x-ray report as I wait in pain, not being given the option of another doctor reading the report, etc.). It seems like the front desk staff has been receiving negative reviews for a couple years, so it's a shame the issues have not been addressed.
