Ms. Poole is amazing! I was referred to her by a friend and I am so happy that she was able to take us on. My family is benefiting greatly from her expertise and no holds barred approach to our individual situation.

I use to believe that therapy was not for me, but Ms. Poole has changed that perspective. The key is to having a great fit between yourself and your therapist. At least this is true in our situation. I will continue to utilize her skillset to help my family and I navigate our issues.

This was my 1st experience in counseling. The session was good, but different than I expected . It was a virtual session with the screen off. I'm not sure if I would prefer in person or not. I will give it another try to see if this is for me, but I am happy that I am trying.

My second experience was much better! I felt more at ease and heard. I appreciated that I could see the counselor. I listened better and I have reflected on what was said. I now need to actively do what was recommended .

Dr Poole, has saved both my life as an individual and marriage as I have sessions alone and with my husband. With out her guidance I have no idea where I we would be. Thank you Dr Poole, you are always there no matter the time of day or night.
