I took my kitten to Heart and Paw last week when she was having an issue with her eye. The individual rooms had space my cat to roam and explore while waiting. The nurse and doctor took their time and listened to my concerns. They were very friendly and gentle with my cat and did a great job looking her over and evaluating her ailments. They did not try to upsell us on anything and we will be back again if my cat has any other needs in the future!
Super easy to schedule appointments online. Upon arrival I didn’t have to wait to be seen and the staff was very friendly. Also easy to communicate with the staff and the doctor with follow up questions via text. 10/10!
Check in was quick and easy, we checked in and went right into the room where we were greeted by Cassie who asked about Apollo's history. Shortly after Dr. Higgins came in. Dr. Higgins and her assistant Cassie were great with my Apollo who was nervous about his visit. Dr. Higgins answered all of our questions and was very informative. Cassie was good with handling Apollo and very helpful during his vaccines.
