I am a high level athlete who suffered a meniscus issue years ago that recently flared up. I was recommended to Dr. Gaeta and Gaeta Wellness by a friend, and it has made a tremendous difference in my recovery and ability to get back into training. My meniscus and knee was holding me back, but after red light laser, knee decompression, and shockwave therapy, we have been able to get my knee where it needs to be to perform and train optimally.
