I can't say enough how great CHMA is! My 7 year-old son joined almost 3 months ago and he's loves it. He's engaged, focused and most importantly, he is having fun! Master Joe and his instructors are patient and knowledgeable.I'm looking forward to see my son's journey with CHMA and where it takes him. Keep it up CHMA!!

If you're looking for a martial arts school, you've found it. Stop scrolling and just call. :) Been going here for almost a year and a half now, they have classes ranging from 3 years to adult. And they don't skimp at any level! The main martial art here is Taekwondo, with a Hapkido focus for the defensive sets, and a kickboxing class for pure cardio. However, this school hosts a wide variety of styles and seminars, and the knowledge isn't limited. We started going here after a suggestion as a way for my son's ADHD and autism to be expressed in a healthy manner, and we've never stopped going! SBM, Joe Mertz really makes this place a community and all the instructors are excellent. And of course: the price. Incredibly reasonable, one of the lower priced schools in the area (but no loss of quality, trust me!) and at the time of writing this review, they have family plans you can take advantage of. I've personally lost quite a bit of weight and gained mobility back just by attending the classes here. It's really an excellent value all around. Just call, and come on in. The more, the merrier. :) can't wait to see you at class.

This is the place, look no further. I have done trial after trial, called around, left messages at sooo many other karate studios for my school-aged child and it has been so disappointing…until this one. Want a straight answer? Want a place that’s easy to find? Want someone to answer your email or phone messages? Want a great deal? Want a place to grow into? Then trust me, this is the place. And compared to other places, they know their stuff. I’m not a paid reviewer, just a mom in Cherry Hill and when I find someone or something that’s exceptionally great, I have to at least do a five star review. I’m really thankful to have found this place.

CHMA is the best Martial Arts Dojang i have ever been to. the instructors are knowledgeable and help you become the best martial artist you can be. For kids their programs is beyond reproach. They will teach your child fitness, focus and discipline, yet in a fun manner that will have them asking to come back time many times a week. One of the best things about CHMA is the sense of family the place has. Everyone is pulling for everyone one else and we all make lasting friendships.
