I've been a client for over 30 years. I've had Rachael as my tech for the last couple of years. She's very talented. In the past I've told the technicians what I wanted. Rachael tells me what would look best for me. I was an executive for a couple of companies before I retired and I'm not used to people telling me what to do. I put my ego aside and listened, and with each new styling my friends and girlfriend said "your hair looks great. What did you do?" I give Rachael full credit. Thank you JA, and Rachael.
