Chris also backs up his work with a guarantee that provides the best piece of mind. I personally tested that guarantee when a minor glitch caused by the contractor who installed the previous equipment affected my new system. Chris promptly responded to my service request with a return phone call within an hour and diagnosed and repaired the issue (not caused by him) the very next day. One of the few services that actually works on LG and Samsung appliances. Prompt service and repair service!
