For any newcomer in the area, I won’t pretend to be the most well traveled however I’ve travelled enough to say this is a high quality gym with:

    Great Instruction
    Well Run Class
    Organized Structure
    Beginner-Competitive Skill Levels
    Wonderful Atmosphere
