The whole process was super easy and comfortable, and the back felt noticeably lighter and less tense after a session. Improvement has been much improved, and a big improvement in pain and functional level was seen. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly, warm, and professional. They took the time to guide patients through truly effective and helpful exercises. The practice is highly recommended for therapy, including for rehabilitation after knee replacement surgery.

They customized the program specifically for the challenges of my lower back hips and butt and even though back surgeries, probably inevitable The stretches and exercises and protocol they put me through are really amazing. I tried cupping here for the first time (on my back) and honestly had a really good experience. The whole process was super easy and comfortable, and they made me feel really relaxed the entire time. I had a lot of tightness going in, and right after the session my back already felt noticeably lighter and less tense.
Definitely looks a little crazy after 😅 but it didn’t hurt like I expected, and it actually felt really relieving. If you deal with back tightness or soreness, I’d for sure recommend trying it here!
I had a wonderful experience at this practice! I came in with significant shoulder pain and left feeling tremendous relief after just one appointment. The team provided both cupping therapy and physical therapy. It was a great combination that made a real difference! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. They also sent me home with exercises to continue my progress between visits. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
