My PC blue screened and I was in a panic to get it fixed. I found the computer doctor on google and sent in a request. The same night he responded in a timely manner and I set up an appointment next day. Throughout the repair, he kept me updated and was transparent on what the issues were and fixed it in a timely manner. Very grateful for the quick resolution.
