Very unhappy with the touch up I got today. In the shop it looked okay but once I got home and looked in the mirror I saw how dark the color was. Will not be going back there again. My appointment was yesterday , September 19 at 12:00 with Idaly. How can you say I am not in your system? I have my receipt for 128.34. I think you owe me apology for saying I was not there yesterday for an appointment. Yes you can call me - you should have my number as Kathy called me on Thursday to confirm my Friday appointment.
A million thanks to Kazuko for correcting the problem of the dark touch up. My hair looks great again. 🤗😊

Convenient, friendly, flexible, knowledgeable in current hair trends. Ample parking. I especially got a great blow out for my long curly, unruly hair by Idaly. She is one of the best! A hidden gem.

Been going to Karlas for YEARS! All stylists do a fabulous job and take their time with clients. the place is clean and well maintained which is always an A+ in my book! I've gone in with a disaster of grown out hair and it's dead, I come out with it healthy and beautiful every time
