We cannot recommend RGH enough! It started with using them for a remodel in our kitchen and living room 12 years ago. We were so impressed with their professionalism, price and quality that we decided to use them again for a large scale kitchen addition. From start to finish there was great communication and clarity. We used all their preferred vendors and it was a HUGE help. They all worked together so seamlessly, making each part of the process easier. We had run into some (expected) plumbing issues, but the team communicated with us about the issues and possible solutions so we could reach the best decision. I worked with RGH on our kitchen remodel and it was a wonderful experience. Starting from the initial bid process, Ryan and her team were thorough and had great open communication, breaking down the schedule and costs for the project. They clearly outlined everything we needed to purchase and arrange ourselves, worked with our cabinet maker and countertop installer and brought everything in smoothly for a wonderful new kitchen. When we had a few unforeseen things pop up in our century home (to be expected in these old homes) they were proactive and were able to help to get us get the kitchen we envisioned at the start of the project.
We worked with Steve and Cris at RGH to renovate our home that was largely untouched since the early 90s. We did a gut kitchen renovation, added a powder room and made a master suite. We had a great experience with RGH. They performed high quality work, informed us of additional maintenance needed in our new home, and kept the project within our expected timeline. We’d highly recommend RGH for any renovation project.
