I didn't just learn how to defend myself here. I learned how to get up after getting knocked down, I learned how to break big problems into bite sized pieces, and I learned the power of intention to change things with time. The path of the fist and the path of the heart go hand in hand. This is a fantastic school to learn Kung fu, but also a fantastic place to learn in general. My life will forever be enriched by the years I spent training here.

Very great Wing Chun kung fu school. I've been training here a little over a year now and it's been great. The instructors are very knowledgeable, professional and patient. 10/10 would recommend.
