Donna and her staff are AMAZING! They made me feel so comfortable from the initial phone call. Donna is truly a master of her craft and the women that get the opportunity to be mentored by her are lucky to say the least. At my age, to say this is the best my hair has ever looked says something! Donna took flawed and dull to flirty and fabulous!! I just had a cut and color with Alyssa and she is amazing at her craft! The salon is beautiful and very clean. Everyone is very polite and friendly.I sometimes get anxiety in hair salons or new places I visit, but I felt very comfortable and at ease here.I highly recommend this Salon to anyone seeking experienced hair professionals. I have very difficult, multi-textured fine curls that have different curl patterns throughout my head. I used to get keratin treatments for years back when they still contained formaldehyde. I've been to a handful of different salons over the last 10 years and went back to natural hair during the onset of the pandemic in mid 2020. I had a clear idea of what I wanted for my hair when I first decided to come to Detangled in summer of 2022. This was a few months after a VERY poor haircut and color from a salon in Wildwood, NJ which is where I perform the entire summer, so I was desperate for a place that would not only work with my hair type but actually execute what I asked...read full review
