This is an amazing martial arts gym for people of all backgrounds and experience levels. It's worth a visit whether you are a long time fan of MMA or if you just want a good, consistent cardio/conditioning workout.
Coaches Derek, Matt, and Chris all do a fantastic job of giving in-depth instruction and critiques during classes while being encouraging and respectful. Even in a short amount of time, I feel like I learned so much from this gym and I am much more confident in my physicality. The environment is great and everyone is extremely friendly, totally a good spot for people who have never tried a combat sport before. Not once did I feel intimidated or overwhelmed; everyone is so supportive of one another. The gym really starts to feel like family the longer you commit to it.
They also just got a new facility which is in the works right now but classes are still being run. I highly recommend dropping in for a trial if you're on the fence, you are sure to have a great time!

I called the Maple Shade, NJ Mavis on Collins Ave on MLK Holiday. In spite of the location not having in stock, two tires I needed, John and his team were able to get the tires shipped to his store the same day. They installed the tires and had my vehicle back to me by dinner time! Their flawless execution was a demonstration of excellent customer service! John was a pleasure to work with and I appreciate the work done by the mechanics. I highly recommend this location for tires. Thanks for a job well done!
This company did an amazing job of painting our entire house when we relocated from Connecticut to New Jersey. The owner Doug was prompt and very professional. He walked us through the job and told us everything that his painters would do before giving us a very fair price.
His office manager, Dana was so friendly! She made me feel at ease during an otherwise stressful situation.
The foreman of the painters, Angel, could not have been more pleasant. He listened to all our requests and responded immediately. He was extremely helpful and talented.

If I could give Ant, Pauly and the crew 100 stars I would! They are THE BEST tree service ever! If I can save someone from looking any further by my rave review great! I have had other tree services (2) in just the past few years and it always ended in a nightmare. Tree removal is not easy and they deserve their money and their flowers for the work they do, but a lot of other companies seem to take advantage of residential properties by setting minimum costs to cover what they make on a commercial property. I have lived it… twice. Ant knows his trees and he’s professional through and through. I am recommending them to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Thank you Ant!

Jerry always responded quickly snd arranged an agreeable time to come and look at the job and stated his fees up front. He was careful and precise in installing a large AC unit in my window and finished the project himself even though the other person begged out. He worked at a time and date agreed by both of us and showed up right on time. I would recommend him and def use him again. Love pets snd understanding and accepting of your situation in your house.
As usual, the Regular Pedicure was outstanding. Salon is clean and inviting and Alex is warm but professional.

Dr. Wong is SO kind, patient, and professional. I was dreading having to switch my eye doctor after 10 years, but I’m now happy that I did. He explained everything so throughly and before even doing the exam, detailed what my insurance covers and how much I’d be paying if I agreed to the services. The office staff is great, too!

I would like to Thank Cole and Val at GOLFTEC for helping me develop a much better golf swing. Over the last year , my handicap has dropped from a 17 to a 13 . The goal is to drop to a 10 and I just shot my first round under 80 so at the age of 59, maybe it is not too late for me to be a single handicapper .

I reached out to James to do the permit and installation of a handrail required by the township for the house we recently purchased. He got back to me very quickly, provided a quote, and handled all of the permitting and communication with the township. He even came in under budget while also taking care of another small issue at the house! Will definitely use them again for other house repairs we can't do ourselves.

WOW!! Prates Tree Service. To watch how efficiently the workers ran there equipments , the 2 huge oak trees in my backyard, 1 tree needed to be cut down, and 1 just pruned , as branches were hanging over property line and they remove stumps as well, Thank you for referral.

Carmine is a good Barber when he cuts your hair you don't need a haircut for quite a while and it looks good. Carmine shop is small a little difficult to find but it's well worth it
Nino and Hayden were amazing! They helped assist with the temporary removal of my roof box to be able to get my challenger through the car wash. Even helped me with putting my roof box back right on top of my car without hesitation! I love the conveyor belt inside the wash, which makes this so much different from the rest in the area. Alyssa once again has outdone herself doing my hair! I got a full balayage. After the color was added my hair still looked very healthy. You can tell she very skilled and is very hospitable. The atmosphere was great. They offered me snacks while waiting and made sure I was comfortable. They are all great people and I highly recommend you go here!

Customer service was excellent. I received text updates throughout the entire process. The only thing I didn’t like was not people able to talk to my rep who said I would get an initial phone call and didn’t. Then I received a text saying I would get a phone call the next day and didn’t. Then I called and was told the rep would call me back and didn’t. I had to go in to get an update and the GM was very helpful, friendly and just great all around and provided me with the answers I was looking for and very accommodating to when I could pick my car up.
They did great work. They kept me up to date on progress and timing. House and yard were clean when they left. No complaints would hire them again.
