Extremely helpful technician - Dean Mack - took the time to show me and explain things having to do with the air filter attached to my furnace and also the issues with mice in my newish outdoor air conditioner. Very grateful. I have total confidence in TES. I recommend them 100%.

The job was to check out the system and duct work. Inspection and revealing duct work as needed. Took aboutv 90 minutes and required going into the attic as well as the utility closet.

Dean from Total Energy came out this morning and immediately identified the issue with our AC unit, mice chewing through wires. He fixed it quickly and was very clear about explaining the issue and resolution. He also gave very helpful advise on general maintenance.
