Whenever I had a laptop or printer problem, I'd called HSS. John is a friendly, professional guy. He would stop over, listen to the problem and whatever issue I had, he corrected it for me. I plan to call HSS again if I experience any further problems.
Best computer service I've ever had. Young lady that works the desk Is very friendly and knowledgeable about things. Will come back for all my computer needs. Prices are amazing.
My parents, local to HSS, were having issues with their WiFi connection and I was unable to make the trip to figure it out. I called John and he visited them the next day to diagnose the issue and correct it. He was professional and quick - highly recommended. Support your local businesses!
