Had a whole new system installed. Old system was 16 years old. At the startup of the new system there was a problem with outside condenser unit because of a wire problem. Problem fixed. While putting equipment back in the truck, a technician dropped dropped some kind of bottle on our hardwood floor outside of the floor protection they had put down.... filing a claim for repair or replacement of flooring piece. The unit works great. More powerful than the prior unit. The system is PSEG qualified.

Elijah was very polite and tolerated my large enthusiastic puppy with kindness. Performed his work promptly and thoroughly (as far as I could tell). Tested system before leaving. Reported everything was working fine.
