He showed us all of our options and was very open to customizing certain things to make sure the house was exactly how we want it. He made everything about the process very smooth, which made us very comfortable with our decision. We signed our contract and made our down payment in January and there was only a slab at this time. By July 1st we moved into our brand new house! Once we were in, Nick stayed in touch with us and any issues we had or ran into he assured us that it would be fixed or replaced, and they were, in a timely fashion. If I ever decide to get another home I would use them again 100%.“
