Our carpet person, Lucas, from Central Carpet, did a superb job cleaning my aunt's carpets. He was professional and understood exactly what areas needed to be cleaned. The outcome is amazing. The carpets are spotless and smell so good. Lucas also explained the proper way to spot treat the rugs in a more efficient way to hold my aunt over until the next deep clean. We have used Central Carpet many times for our flooring needs and also for furniture cleaning. We are pleased beyond words. All our flooring needs are complete with the same floor being installed in our house over the past few years. We absolutely love this floor and the installation was great! They resolved a minor issue with a rocking toilet in record time! Their customer service is beyond compare. They went above and beyond and resolved the issue which we did not even know about. They could have told us to call a plumber to resolve it, but Joe contacted their contractor (I think his name was Jason, I’m horrible with names) and he took care of it efficiently... read full review

Lucas of Central Carpet is truly a carpet expert. He is committed to his craft and seems to be able to tackle any carpet cleaning problem, no matter how weird or challenging, with the cheerful demeanor of someone who enjoys what he does. Most recently Lucas removed a large, solidified puddle of candle wax that was completely embedded in our carpet (and that we'd tried unsuccessfully to remove ourselves) in a matter of minutes, like it was no big deal at all.
