The shop itself is a whole vibe and everyone that works there is friendly. We moved 2 hrs away and still make the drive up to Machele (trust me it’s worth it!)“

Leading up to my wedding day, I booked monthly facials for a few consecutive months with Mary Joyce which were absolutely incredible. She’s amazing! I also had my make up done by Katie for my bridal shower and felt so beautiful! From the start, Danielle and her team were so professional and easy to communicate with. I had a large bridal party, but the execution of the day could not have been more seamless. The Looks and Lashes team are true veterans when it comes to wedding hair and make up and you will be in the best hands if you book with them! “To be fair, I do not have any services done here,my girlfriend does. But when I am there I am greeted warmly, offered amenities, and treated as if I was getting the service. As for my girlfriend, they always give her the best manicures and pedicures. If you are looking for a salon, go to Beth's, and go with confidence.“

“I am so very thankful that I found Salon Sage. We moved from North Jersey a couple of years ago. I knew finding a new Hair stylist was going to be as important as finding a new Primary Doctor! Wayne is just amazing. I felt comfortable from the first time I met him. I have naturally curly hair which is even finer now since I’m older, but when I walk out of Salon Sage I feel great about myself! Wayne listens to exactly what I want. “I recommend the stylists, the new location not so much. The main salon is smaller than the previous location. The check in/check out station is right at the door and resembles a hostess stand at a restaurant. When check out is backed up, people stand in line and get in the way of work flow, especially since there is a station right there near the entrance. In the center of the room, there is an island of 8 stations, 4 on each side. These stations are very close to one another. If all 4 stations on one side are being occupied, the stylists crowded together and there isn’t much room to move around. Plus, for color services, there would be a portable table taking up additional space. I’m envisioning a nightmare situation where the stylists accidentally collide and ruin someone’s haircut. In contrast, the other stations in the salon have several feet of separation between them and are more comfortable for the stylist and the customer. I fell bad for the stylists that choose to not have a suite because they are forced to work in a space with suboptimal design. I will continue to patronize the business since I love my stylist, but I’m not in love with the new salon.“

He actually listened to what I wanted, offered his professional opinion & advice, and gave me a fantastic cut that I’ve been getting compliments on ever since (seriously one of the most complimented hair cuts I’ve ever had). The salon has super reasonable prices and the whole vibe was upbeat and friendly, but not pretentious. I will obviously be going back! Stop wasting time looking for salons & just go talk to David.“
