Went to see Bill a couple of times. Nice guy however as a stylist for 27 years my haircut was horrible. The coloring was mediocre. I told him I wanted Golden blonde and my hair had shades of red. Also, the dye didn't last long at all, cause after 2 weeks grayish hairs appeared. I'm finding alot of salons use cheap dye.Very disappointed. Will be looking for a new place.
I have been coming to this Salon for some time. I use Specialist Frankie and he is absolutely fantastic. Charles Edward Salon is really a good place for any "DO". I just love the highlights and I am confident when I come inside the doors that I will leave knowing "Only My Hairdresser Knows for Sure".
