I have been a member of Inlet Yoga for 15+ years. The studio takes extra care to make sure it is very clean, the front desk is extremely friendly, and the classes are challenging while being encouraging. The teachers always remind you to ‘stay on your own mat’ and practice in your own way yet also give excellent verbal cues on adjustments for alignment. I find it difficult to get an equal or better practice at any other studio. Inlet yoga also offers excellent workshops and events. Best studio ever!!! ?♂️
I have been attending yoga classes at Inlet Yoga for about 5 years, The variety of teachers and classes is amazing and the community of friendly faces have become like a second family to me.
I really appreciate this studio and the people who teach. It is very welcoming. The focus is always on breath and alignment and I like the variety of classes and how the different teachers approach each class. I go almost every day and I learn a lot. Thanks!
