My central ac stopped working the other day. On a recommendation I called GWB Heating and Cooling and I am so glad that I did. The owner, Gary, came out later that afternoon and after diagnosing the problem, made me aware that the motor on the condensing unit was shot and needed to be replaced. It was late in the afternoon and Gary said he would make some calls in the morning to see if he could locate a motor. The next day around 10:00am, Gary called and said he had located one and would be out later that day to replace the motor. True to his word, he showed up a few hours later and replaced the motor. Had a furnace inducer motor blow out on me, and called a few places as I needed someone to do this immediately. Jared from GWB located the part, and replaced it all within the first couple of hours of the initial call. He also analyzed all other parts of the furnace, ran an air / combustion analysis and thoroughly explained everything about the test. The price for an immediate weekend job was also fair.
