Absolutely the best knife had this for over 20 years and as shape as the first day I got it
Use it for meat joints fabulous cut, would recommend Highley
And says it would replace if broken well worth the money

I have the carving knife and had it for some years now. Its been absolutely brilliant! I use it not just for meats, but bread and vegetables like cabbage and cauliflower too.
I have two of them and one has just broken its handle so not safe to use as its still very sharp.

just want to share the great professionalism that Leo has, he is located in Gainesville VA in BJs club he sold me the set of knifes and he has an excellent way to explain to you the quality of it. Highly recommend!!
