I had an excellent experience with Victor from precision tech with a complicated plumbing problem at one of my rental units. Victor diligently helped me diagnose two problems we had, one of which was a due to a gas line that had been installed through the main drain pipe. Two other companies before him did not care to spend the necessary time to find the problem. I am very appreciative of victor’s skills and professionalism.

Reliable and do a good job with generally professional staff (it's a tough business and field personnel vary) in the office and in the field. There are some gaps every so often depending on who shows up from their crews, but a quick discussion usually sorts it out and sometimes they'll have a more experienced person come on the job as well. Mario is always helpful without hesitation. I used them at 2 properties for electrical, HVAC, whole house generator and plumbing. They show up when they say they will, they have the right parts and equipment, and they clean up no matter what size job. I highly recommend them.

Had whole heating and cooling systems replaced. From start to finish everything was handled professionally. Jason explained all our options and worked with us for the best system for our home. Allen the installer was great. He went over everything before he left. After he was done he cleaned up everything and left no mess what so ever. Great experience with this company. Would recommend them to anyone.
