I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone at Spare Pair are always polite, highly knowledgeable, accomodating, efficient and provide a great experience overall. Prices are fair and often better than big box stores or even websites. Theresa was especially very helpful.

I don't have a good review I put in an order for two sets of three I never received them where's my glasses you guys are scamming people I'm going to get ahold of the better Business bureau I think and turn you guys in oh wait a minute you have been I hope this posts you charged me twice you owe me $29 twice plus whatever the glasses cost they were like 54 something twice I would like to have my money back

Excellent experience with Theresa. She was very helpful, courteous, and patient with myself and my wife in selecting frames. We did not feel rushed and she had very useful suggestions. Dr. John Collini was excellent as usual.

When for my eye exam for glasses got an eye infection 3 days later when back the gentlemen that address me in the waiting room don not know who he was since he did not address himself, told me flat out that I did not get the infection there, he was rude wasn't having an eye issue when I walk in, I will take my business elsewhere, still 2 weeks and I am still having an issue with my eyes

I've been going here for 6 years and have nothing but positive experiences. I've seen two doctors and they were both very knowledgeable and empathetic. The front desk has always been helpful in setting up appointments, figuring out which insurance is best to use (my wife and I each have) and providing all of the options for my glasses. There have a good selection of frames for eyeglasses and sunglasses as well as sports-related glasses. Only negative is the glasses sometimes take a littler longer than expected to come in.
