Within 24 hours Matt provided us with a proposal that was much more reasonable than the others we had received and reflected everything we had discussed, which was a pleasure!Matt was very proactive in helping us to source our built-in grill, fridge and gas fireplace, outdoor TV, and granite for our custom-made island/bar with excellent partners.
