Neil was very thorough and knowledgeable. An absolute pleasure to work with as it was our first time going through an inspection as a buyer. He answered all of our questions we had and was patient with us (even jumped on a call to go through the entire report) 10/10, 5 stars!

Friends at the gym recommended Neil to me. I'm so glad they did. He was incredibly thorough, spent 4 hours going through the home, and another hour and a half on the phone with me discussing the results. He has deep knowledge and has been doing this work for several years. It shows. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
