I would strongly recommend it to other buyers.The inspector was super knowledgeable, professional and inspected the house in every possible detail. It was easy to schedule, read reports, or create request lists from the inspector's website. We read our reports multiple times because it also provides guidance towards improving our house condition. The inspector report gave us a strong position in negotiating with the seller. The seller put some challenges against the inspection results and our inspector protected us very well by defending our rights.

Neil was prompt in returning calls and very detailed with his inspection and report. He spent as much time as I needed to discuss the process both pre and post inspection. Was happy that he did not just pop his head in the attic but went into it to inspect.
