I recommend JN Donohue Associates without hesitation. I used them for my home purchase inspection 10 years ago for a home that had great bones and not much else; not only did they perform a thorough professional inspection, they spoke to me about it extensively, had great recommendations, and they have been willing to talk to me about it 10 years later when I have had questions due to work I was having done in my home throughout the last decade; they even reviewed pictures I sent to them and clued me into potential issues regarding construction permits.

I've never been so satisfied with a professional service more. I used J N Donohue Associates for my home inspection and a year later I'm still using their report as a guideline for making my home the best it can possibly be. Shane and Quinn went through every square inch of the house, communicated everything they were doing, and didn't miss an issue.
