I am a first time home buyer and used them for the inspection, I can’t say enough good things. Damian was great, he explained everything throughly as he was going through the house and made sure I felt comfortable and understood everything. The report came back quick and he was even available when I had a question about something a few days later. 10/10 would recommend, hire them!

What a wonderful efficient experience. I found the company on a facebook forum and was hesitant but with the raving comments and reviews I was invested.
TWO inspectors came which was a pleasant surprise. Made the process very fast but also detailed. We are first home owners so they gave us alot of tips on how to maintain it.
Also, they do EVERYTHING. Sewer. Roof. Termite. Oil tank. Our realtor really appreciated this because other inspectors dont have the same services and it is a hassle!
