Nasty. No phone skills, takes my appointment as if she's doing me a favor and when I show insists it's on her day and not when I made it. Now I know when I made it bc I made it around her schedule on the day I needed it bc I was going into the hospital on the day she had put me in the book. I guess she hasn't learned the lesson of customer is always right or try to make the customer happy. And apparently only one mediocre person works there, so she could not accommodate me. Yes, she speaks English but apparently doesn't care to learn how to use a calendar properly or how to apologize for her own mistakes. Find another alternative!

This review is based solely on eyebrow waxing. I have been coming here for over a decade, even before the change in management and name. Unfortunately, I had an awful experience with eyebrow waxing and will not return. The waxer took off almost my entire left eyebrow, and thankfully left some of the right one in tact. She must have been new or unlicensed. The reason I am giving two starts, and not one, is because the owner gave me money back and even paid for my hair growth products after seeing the damage to my brows.
