Albert and his staff have been incredible and accommodating and easy to use, especially given my complicated tax arrangements with working in Philadelphia and living in NJ. I had previously use TurboTax as my main means of filing my taxes, but after running into difficulties with the city tax and state tax between New Jersey and Philadelphia.
