Chris was the best we could go to in order to fix my varsity jacket before the winter season. We already went to another dry cleaner to add patches on the sleeves, and the jacket came back with the patches crooked, the stitches running off the ends, string hanging out, and holes/rips in the leather. Once bringing it to Ace, Chris was very helpful and explained exactly what he would do to fix it. He didn’t act overwhelmed or frustrated at all with the 14 patches for the two sleeves and told me how he would paint over the holes to repair the damage. We have a big family event on Sunday and just realized my daughter’s dress was not steamed correctly from the store. Before going to Ace French dry cleaners, I went to several other cleaners closer to my residence, but unfortunately, no one could Steam the dress the same day. Peter and his family took it upon themselves to stop everything they were doing and steam the dress for me on the spot without question, even though I was never a customer there before. Chris is truly the best there is! I have been bringing my clothes to him for over a decade, dating back to bringing in my high school varsity jacket. Whether it is for a cleaning or alterations, Chris and the team are timely, caring, and do an overall amazing job. Chris ALWAYS does the right thing by his customers.
