I have been bringing my dogs to Poochie Doo for 17 years. I wouldn't dream of bringing my dogs to anyone else. Cookie my 9 1/2 year old Border Collie Mix had surgery 2 months ago. Immediately after the surgery I called to schedule a grooming appointment for a few days after her sutures were removed, I was informed that I needed to wait until I had the okay from the vet before she could be bathed. I had absolutely no problem with that because they are only looking out for the well being of my furry family member. Thank you to the owner and staff for always being professional and compassionate.

My collie just came from his first grooming at Poochie Doo in Manahawkin. They were ready for him at appointment time, and he immediately felt comfortable with Michelle and Megan, He is a big boy and had a lot of loose fur so his grooming is a four hour job. He came out happy and raring to go. He looked fantastic and the groomers listened to the specific details of how I wanted him trimmed. I was very happy with Poochie Doo and already booked his next appointment.

I have used them twice ... of for my dog Abby and the other for my Mom's dog frosty and we love them ... first She make you feel at home, second thing your dog is the number one. Other services we have used are higher and do not treat our pets the same way ... Mom wll bring her dog from Philadelphia to come to Poochie Doo again and again... I will make this my numbr one place to have Abby done... if you think you need a change, want your dog to have the spa treatment then make sure to ask for Michelle at Poochie Doo
