Mill Creek Laundromat is clean, convenient, and easy to use, with machines that take coins, cards, or the app. I was nervous coming in for the first time but Catherine picked right up on the fact that I had no idea where to start and took me right under her wing. Catherine and Becca are the reason I keep coming back. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely kind humans, and after weeks of coming here, they’ve become more like friends than staff members. Their warmth and care turn an annoying chore into a genuinely pleasant experience!

Came here from the Island. Out of the way but totally worth it. Catherine was exemplary in helping me get my laundry done. She was extremely helpful and friendly. This laundromat was clean and accommodating. I would highly recommend doing business here. Catherine, when you read this, I'm the guy who asked you if you spell your name with a K or a C, lol. Thank you again for all your help. You made it so quick and easy for me to get it done.

I have been bringing my large comforters and washable rugs and they are so nice there. It feels like a small business, which I love to support. They get your bedding done very quick and they text you when it’s done. I used to live around the corner, but even since moving, I still go there! You won’t be disappointed!
