Franklin, Sheri, and Greg at American we're all great to work with. After looking at countless samples for weeks we ended up choosing the floor that Franklin suggested in the first place. They were incredibly accommodating during the selection process, the communication was top notch, and the post-purchase support was stellar. The installation was amazing and even when we needed a couple small touch ups, there we're quick to knock those out and make sure we were happy. Franklin’s communication was excellent from start to finish, the floor selections were beautiful, and the install team was truly incredible. Professional, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented, their attention to detail was absolutely top tier. Our floors completely transformed our home and we couldn’t be happier.
