If you live in Bergen County NJ, you know what a headache it can be to sell an older home. You need to replace your old septic system with a new one before closing. While there were a few unexpected obstacles that surfaced during the project, the most significant one was related to the engineering design for the new system. The engineering plan called for the removal of a 75-foot oak tree and the new systems connection to the house would need to be at least twelve inches above grade, crossing our recently paved walkway to the back door. After reviewing the engineering plan with Bill, he took a few minutes to redo a few calculations and came up with a solution. He made his recommendation to the engineer, and his solution was written into a new plan. His knowledge and experience saved us a lot of headaches and several thousand dollars. The project came in on time and in budget. Bill and his team always made time to answer our questions and put our minds at ease.
