Dimensional Communications was the company that installed the sound systems in our new elementary school. The system was NOT installed correctly or completely and has not worked correctly since the day the school opened. My colleagues and I, as end users of the system, are frustrated at not being able to use this expensive, unreliable equipment. We have contacted the company and they have stated they will come fix it. Twice they haven't shown up. The two times they have shown up they have not provided the service needed or agreed upon. The system is still incomplete and one of the new amps just fried leaving the system totally unusable. I am not optimistic about it's reliability in the coming years.This has been going on for two years. Don't use them unless you want nothing but headaches and problems.
